For many languages, including 'af', 'as', 'be', 'cy', etc., instead of Windows installer link there is 'null'. Starting with LibreOffice 3.4 all languages are included into LibO_<version>_Win_x86_install_multi.exe. LibO_<version>_Win_x86_install_all.exe does not exist any more.

This was fixed just before release of LibreOffice 3.4.0.

RC2 is bit by bit identical with release version, so separate items in the version picker are useless. Changes have been discussed with Michael Meeks.
