it applies to ibO 3.4.0 relea. By the way, it's not possible to tag Version to LibO 3.4.0 release, the tag is not available yet.
The exact year in copyright info does not really make a difference. Copyright is automatically valid through 70 years after the death of the author. By the time of the next release Oracle's copyright may be transferred to Apache, who knows... For the time being I won't touch these strings.

RC2 is bit by bit identical with release version, so separate items in the version picker are useless. Changes have been discussed with Michael Meeks.
