Created attachment 53168 [details] buggy x.ods A spreadsheet was created on Ubuntu 11.10 with Libreoffice-Calc 3.4.3, with locale set to HU. At first it was possible to print preview the document. Then several changes were made to the document and now print preview shows nothing (see attached screenshot). I copied the document to Debian unstable, and print preview doesn't work there either. If I delete everything on the worksheet, and enter just the word "test", then print preview is still not working. Of course if I create a new document, and enter "test" then print preview _is_ working. Also if I copy all the data from the original document and paste it in a new one, then print preview is working there. Attached are two files: - x.ods which is the original document, with everything deleted and replaced with the word 'test', print preview not working here - xok.ods, which is a new document with the same word 'test' in it I guess some setting was changed in x.ods that is causing this behaviour, but I couldn't figure out what. The same issue that happens with print preview also happens with export to PDF on x.ods: "Error saving document x: Write Error. The file could not be written". There is plenty of space on the drive, and exporting xok.ods works.

Another workaround to get print preview working: save x.ods as Excel (.xls), and print preview works then. But I don't want to use .xls format to store my documents, I'd much prefer to use .ods.

I have run into this before. I have seen this way back in OO 2.x if I remember correctly. The print ranges on all but the last tab are getting set to none. You can select the sheet tab and reset the print range (Format->Print Ranges->Edit) or the save to excel and resave to ods work also. Don't know what causes it but it always happens when I have more sheet tabs.

I have also this problem, Libreoffice 3.4.3 running on windows. There is some test I can do to help the bugfixing?
Confirm this bug. Libreoffice 3.5.0rc3 windows xp sp2
This is a Calc issue, therefore changed 'Component' field accordingly. Therefore we can abbreviate the Summary a little bit. Changed Version field back to 3.4.3, according to original description. Please note that the Version field should contain the FIRST version in which the problem is known to exist and NOT the last one! Increased the importance a little bit.

Confirmed with the test cases, but after I cleared the print ranges, saved & reopened, created several more sheets with content, saved & reopened - the problem did not appear. Thus I'm setting to WFM and if you guys still have this with the latest version, you can set back to NEW.
