Works fine with Word 2007, LibO 3.3.4, and LibO 3.4.5.
Crashes with LibO 3.5.0. Tested on Windows XP.

This is a regression. Bug 46662 seems to me the same bug.

Comment 3 Jean-Baptiste Faure 2012-03-21 23:08:36 UTC
Crash reproducible with LO 3.5.1, LO 3.5.3 rc0+ (Version ID : 3ca642e-a73d29c-73cb0b8-f269e46-b01560f) and master (LibreOffice 3.6.0alpha0+ Build ID: 08ba87c-49d3d39-e67b1bf-879ce36-638d9c). LO 3.5.3 rc0+ contains the commit for bug 46662, so this one is not a duplicate.

No crash with LO 3.3.4 and LO 3.4.5.
If I save the original RTF file as RTF using LO 3.3.4, then the new RTF file does not crash LO 3.5.3 rc0+ nor the master.

Best regards. JBF

Opens fine with latest master build e650f3ec528777b56d45f4a652ff0569f8b925b4 on Linux.
Comment 5 Jean-Baptiste Faure 2012-04-03 04:39:32 UTC
Opens fine too with LibreOffice 3.5.3rc0+ Version ID : 05fde80-a73d29c-6845e52-f269e46-31eca31.
I do not know which commit solved the problem.

Opens with no crash in LO 3.5.2 rc2 too but with a small glitch after the (TM) : all the text following the (TM) is in superscript too. Probably related to bug 47326 which is fixed for LO 3.5.3 rc0+.

Closing as fixed
Comment 6 Jean-Baptiste Faure 2012-04-30 09:24:45 UTC
Verified in LO 3.5.3 rc2. Closing. Thank you.
