Hi. I am a Document Foundation Member, trying to create a LO Help Wiki account. When I attempt to go to:
http://help.libreoffice.org/Special:UserLogin/signup

I get an error message:
"You do not have permission to create this user account, for the following reason:  The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Administrators."

What would I need to do to create an account?

Christopher, the Wikihelp is still in alpha state, not yet editable. If you want to work on Help, you should probably ask in dev list.
