Problem description:
After editing an xlsx-File LibreOffice crashes (does not react) and an Windows-Error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an .xlsx -File.
2. Open any other .xlsx -File. (One time the error did not occur, as I only opened the first file.)
2. Mark an column (in my case column "B")
3. Right Click > Format Cells > German "Umrandung" > Here I click to make a line on the right side of the column > OK
4. Click on the save button (or "save as").
5. As a window asks for wich format to save, select "Microsoft Excel [...]".
6. Try to use LibreOffice.

Current behavior:
LibreOffice does not react anymore. Windows Error: no reaction/no feedback (german "Keine Rückmeldung" or "LibreOffice 3.5 reagiert nicht" - LibreOffice 3.5 has no feedback).

Expected behavior:
No error.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0

Do you reproduce with any file ?
Could you attach a file to test ?

Zip with two xlsx files.

I reproduced the error with this two files. I created them by saving a plain .ods file as .xlsx. But I think you can use any other file.

Confirmed with:
LO 3.5.4.2
Build ID: own W7 debug build

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I don't reproduce the problem on the files.
Just noticed these logs:

I also tested your file, I don't reproduce the problem either.
JonStam: could you tell your LO version?
Comment 8 JonStam 2012-09-13 20:47:28 UTC
It's LibreOffice 3.5.4.2
Comment 9 JonStam 2012-09-13 20:50:48 UTC
Might it be relevant that I just upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 and there seem to be various bugs and messages on start-up, and that the system generally seems a little slower and less stable now?

Thanks
Comment 10 Chris 2012-09-13 22:21:10 UTC
I tried to reproduce the error again with LibreOffice 3.5.6.2. The error did not occur. (My System: Windows 7, 64 Bit)
Comment 11 Julien Nabet 2012-09-14 05:40:11 UTC
JonStam:
Do you have lo-menubar installed? If yes, could you try after having uninstalled it?
could you give a try after having renamed your LO directory profile (see http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)?

Is this bug still active, or should I post on a different one?

I am using LibreOffice 4 32-bit on Windows Server 2008 x64 and just got a similar problem.

Comment 14 Chris 2013-09-24 08:24:18 UTC
As I can not reproduce the error with LibreOffice 4.0.5.2 and I could not reproduce it with Version 3.5.6.2 one year ago, I set the status to RESOLVED FIXED.
Comment 15 Julien Nabet 2013-09-25 20:03:10 UTC
Just nitpicking but since there's no specific fix, I'll change to WFM instead of "FIXED".

I cannot find a way to delete the file I uploaded on this bug. The offending file is attachment 66912 [details] and consists of data that should not be on the internet because it is part of a University research project. My supervisor googled something in the file and found the file and was alarmed. I can't find how to delete it though. Thanks.

JonStam: I don't know if there's a new way to do it but you can take a look to:
