Please allow user-selectable paths to dictionaries for spelling check, hyphenation and thesaurus to be used.

"Spelling dictionary" is a couple of files in Hunspell format.
"User dictionary" is a useless text file.

Spelling dictionaries available ONLY as extensions is a very bad idea leading to much inconvenience.

By definition, an entire dictionary etc will be something rather complex and nothing that individual users will "create on their own" or "have handy lying around". Instead, these are always curated, managed things that are entirely suited to being extensions.

Probably should be labelled as NOTABUG, but I'll content myself with just lowering the priority to zero.
