The system is not translating the text of the page correctly. (http://pt-br.libreoffice.org/baixe-ja/prelancamento/)

It's in English (There are no testing builds available at the moment) instead of being in Portuguese (Não há nenhuma versão de pré-laçamento disponível no momento.).

Same in lithuanian subsite http://lt.libreoffice.org/parsisiuntimas/testuojamosios-versijos/
Text "There are no testing builds available at the moment" appears in English instead of Lithuanian "Šiuo metu testuojamų versijų nėra".

That strings was not marked as translatable.

I tagged it accordingly and added the two strings manually. Pootle stuff needs to follow.
