Hi Everybody.
 
First sorry for my English.
 
We have more than 250 computers with LibreOffice and Outlook 2010. Our users encounter problems when they click on Odt on Outlook.
 
Sometimes (10% or 1% i dont know the frequency how it appears)
 
It make one process soffice.exe more in processes (task manager) and it not open the attached file (odt) ...
 
User click again and again ...
 
They dont like LibreOffice ...
 
Can u help me and this user ? (I have try with 3.5.4 it the same, user have this problems before with openoffice and with libreoffice when it come 3.3 ...)
Same on Xp / W7.

"the fdo#55257 bug is posted, but with simply the same information as above. Issue will receive no dev or QC action if you don't provide more detail. Also, please check with users to determine if issue is impatient multiple "clicks" on the same attachment in Outlook. Are they waiting for launch?"

User have Outlook 2010 then email appears with attached file.

User click make multiple "clik" on the same attachment, they dont waiting for a launch they are users they make click they dont understand how a it work.

never independently confirmed by another user.
I change status from NEW to NEEDINFO.

please tell if bug is still present in recente LibO 4.3.4.1 release.
