Problem description: Problem with the English(GB) help pack file 'Lib0_3.6.2_Win_x86_helppack_en-GB.msi'

Steps to reproduce:
1. .... Download the above file
2. .... Click on file to open it
3. ....

Current behavior: Then get a windows error 'This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can assess it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.' or Norton error 'LibO_3.6.2_Win_x86_helppack_en-GB.msi is not safe and has been removed.', whichever comes first!

Expected behavior:It should install!, I have installed the US version of this file until this one is fixed.

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows 7, 64 bit

Browser: Chrome/22.0.1229.94

Can confirm that this happens with LibO 4 beta 2 vesion and Norton 2013 as well

False alarm from Norton. If digital signature of msi is valid, and you trust The Document Foundation, then you can switch off anti-virus during software installation.
