Created attachment 69992 [details] Text file with numbers Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Copy table with numbers from "kate" or "Krviewer" (Krusader) or gedit, and, i think any text editor 2. Paste it in to Calk 3. Numbers become text! You say - Hey! Hell! No! In addition delimiter in system and LO - ".", but wen you swap , > . > , > . some numbers thet was like 0.0000 become 0000. For example 1.068 > 1068 ! Current behavior: Text Expected behavior: Numbers! And tex2number addon don't understand number like this too. Very annoying. Make LO calc completely unuseful. Platform (if different from the browser): Debian Linux 2.6.32-bpo.2-amd64 #1 SMP Fri Feb 12 16:50:27 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 Build ID: 350m1(Build:2) Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20121020 Iceweasel/3.5.16 (like Firefox/3.5.16)
What is your region/language local set to? Additionally, could you provide a text file of numbers and your resulting spreadsheet file?
Please attach requested example file and answer questions from comment 1.

Version is oldest version not newest, reverting change. Moving to UNCONFIRMED as this hasn't been confirmed by the QA team. Thanks all.
(In reply to Andrey from comment #5) > Created attachment 81611 [details] > numbers as a text in .ods file They were formatted as numbers for me and the decimal delimiters were ok. Closing as WFM. If original reporter objects, they can change to UNCONFIRMED.
