There is an option "Quote all text cells" in the Calc window "Export text files" ("Eksportēt teksta failu"). The Latvian translation of this option is wrong, misspelled and misleading – "Citēt visus teksta laukums".

It should be "Ietvert atdalītājos visus teksta laukus".
