Created attachment 71959 [details] Compare the PDF files of the same ODT file using DiffPDF on Debian Linux Problem description: A PDF file is exported. I've tested with 4.0beta2, Debian GNU/Linux 64 and the pdf files are the same, with the normal "create pdf" toolbutton or either with "export as pdf" of type PDF/a as reporter mentioned.

I got the same result using Linux debian 2.6.32-5-686 #1 SMP Sun Sep 23 09:49:36 UTC 2012 i686 GNU/Linux. This issue is fixed. Thanks. Regards, C. H. D.
