To me it does?
Did you maybe add a trailing slash ("zh-cn/" instead of "zh-cn"), or did someone fix this in the meantime?

It works for me from Internet Explorer but not from Firefox, but it is just me apparently.

I've fixed it earlier, but also had no effect in firefox immediately, so I thought to revise it later - now it works.
