Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new document
2. From menu choose Insert->Indexes and Tables->Indexes and Tables... 
3. Writer crash and try repair document.

I CAN'T reporoduce this bug on my pc. it just work fine for me.

This bug is only in polish interface. You mast switch to polish language.
