The table row’s height is determined incorrectly if this row has the 2nd (3th etc) column’s cell, which is split horizontally into 2 (3 etc) cells.
You can see this if you open the file (attachment 67922 [details]) or look at the picture (GIF animation) and an attachment 73760 [details].
Error is repeated in LOdev-4.1.0.0(alpha) as well.

This is regression to LibreOffice_4.0.0.3.
LibreOffice_3.6.5 imports the table better than any other version of this program.

OK in LibreOffice_ 4.0.1.0+ .1.0 (buildname: Win-x86@6; pull time 2013-02-13 08:40:36; ID: aa3c9716c2492447e7dc3daa3592efbf52e8f18). Therefore changed status.
