Font Popup Menu showing the (wrong) oblique display of Univers LT Std 55

Problem description:

Steps to reproduce:
(0. Acquire Univers Std as Opentype font set)
(1. Install properly)
steps 0 and 1 I have for years.
2. Open LibreOffice
3. create any kind of new document
4. Type some text, select text
5. Select Font Popup Menu
6. Scroll down to Universe LT Std
7. Find all Univers font cuts displayed properly, EXCEPT Univers LT Std 55 Roman
8. Choose Univers LT Std 55
9. Text is displayed, and printed, as Univers LT Std 55 OBLIQUE

Current behavior:
Univers LT Std 55 Roman is displayed, and printed, as Univers LT Std 55 oblique. The Italic button is unselected. Selecting the Italic button makes the font even more oblique. All other Univers varieties are displayed properly. This is an offical Linotype Univers Opentype license, no illegally downloaded contraband.

Expected behavior:
display and print Univers LT Std 55 Roman as Univers LT Std 55 Roman

This behaviour is not new. I remember seeing this with earlier versions. Unfortunately, Univers LT Std 55 is my main font. Up to now, this specific font fault kept me from switching to LibreOffice full-time.

Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 3.6.5.2 release

Hi, trying to reproduce I'm failing at step 0. already. What do you mean by "Acquire"? Do I have to buy that font or can I download it somewhere? If the latter, please provide a link. Otherwise it will be very difficult confirming this bug.

Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided.

After providing the requested info, please reset this bug to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks :)

Is this behavior any better with the latest LO release 4.1.3.2?

Thank you for looking into this.

I just installed the latest LO release 4.1.3.2, the behaviour is better now.
I attached a screenshot of a spreadsheet in LO (right) and Excel (left).

Do you need the otf files for testing? On request I will send them in a private email.

Thank you very much
kind regards
Sebastian
