Description Gabriel Diosan 2013-05-18 06:20:16 UTC
Currently Libreoffice Writer allows you to apply comments to a text range. However once the comment has been applied, if you want to change the text range (include more or less words) that the comment applies to, you need to remove the comment and add a new comment.

It would be handy to have the ability to alter the area that the comment applies to after you have inserted the comment. This might be done by having some sort of grab handle on each side of the area that the comment is applied to which allows the area to be expanded or reduced.

There was a proposal in old OOo times for this enhancement: https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Notes2_Design_NoteAnchor#Proposal_.22Resizing_.28Note_Anchor_Area.29.22
