In case I've specified any sheet to work in Right To Left layout the horizontal scrollbar work in Left To Right

it is fixed in 4.1 beta 1

I am using a fresh Kubuntu 12.04 for testing.

Fixed in 4.1 but I think it is important to back-ported to 4.0.
