SVG image from wikimedia used to reproduce the problem.

A cropped SVG image, once rotated, appears to lose information on drawing canvas.

To reproduce:
1) Download an SVG image (like https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/dd/Capsule_geometry.svg)

2) Drag it onto your canvas in Libre Office Draw

3) Crop it by right-clicking the imported SVG, and selecting Crop. Remove the left-most 2.24"

4) Right click the remaining image. Select "Position and Size". Set the angle to 90. Hit enter

Results: Part of the image will remain, but the rest will have left.

reproducible under Win7 64bit using LibO 4.1.3 and 4.0.4
it works fine in 3.6.7 hence it's regression of the 4.0.x branch

This is also reproducible on Linux (Debian) with LibreOffice version 4.1.3.2.

It does no longer occur with LibreOffice 4.3.3.2 and a current build of master (latest commit: b3c6f2765602290fecd1f1e291e11667b6b446b6).

The bug must have been fixed in the meanwhile. Therefore, I close this bug.
