Since the release of the pub import filter, last year, no more work has been done on this filter. Its capacities are very poor, it need more and more work. Pages after the second are normally blank, and the second is a literal copy of the first. Thank you for providing a better office experience!!
Thanks for your encouragement Paolo. Usually bugs should give clear information on specific issues, so that the people working on - in this case - the filters have some clear hand grips to take. I appreciate the bug report Paolo. Looking into this.
There are at least two separate issues here: (1) Text doesn't flow properly around issues. I will open a new bug to track this if one hasn't been opened already. (2) This file uses linked text boxes, which don't appear to be supported in Draw. I've filed enhancement request 68589 to track this. If that is ever implemented, it shouldn't be too much effort to fix this lacuna in libmspub.
