/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin: error while loading shared libraries: liblpsolve55.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have the latest OpenJDK, instead of Oracle Java.
Operating System: Ubuntu

Are you using TDF builds or builds from the Ubuntu ppa?
Comment 2 Galvatron 2013-07-26 19:04:25 UTC
PPA

tested again, worksforme (and about >16000 others who have downloaded that package, I guess).
Whats the output of:

find /usr/lib/libreoffice/program -name '*.so'|xargs ldd|grep solve

?

Also do you have any other fancy PPAs installed, that might disturb this?

Problem solved, as of now. In Ubuntu this lib is provided by Calc (and libreoffice-dbg, but it's a monster occupying over 2GB). Installing Calc is a temporary workaround.
