Sorry for my bad English
Problem description: Links do not work on a local file.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Run LibfeOfficeCalc
2.Click on any sell,and click on toolbar  - hyperlink. 
3.Specify the path to the document, any file in jpg on local disk, and ok.
4. Click on link - it does not work.

Current behavior:

Hi Voloshin, thanks for reporting.

There is an option to change the behaviour, between Click and Ctrl+Click to open links:
Menu/Tools/Options/Security/Security Options&Warnings/Security Options - Ctrlclick required to follow hyperlinks.

Changed the status to resolved notabug, if you are not agree or the issue it is not solved, please reopen it.
