Launchpad with missing icons

Problem description: When clicking on the LibreOffice launcher, the launchpad is missing icons, when not in the default Interface Language: English (USA)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch Interface language to English (South Africa) > close program > reopen program > icons missing.
2. Switch Interface language to English (UK) > close program > reopen program > icons missing.
3. Switch Interface language to English (USA) > close program > reopen program > icons restored.

Reproducible under Ubuntu 13.04 (64-bit) with packages from PPA, but not with packages from libreoffice.org, so it's NOTOURBUG.
