Screenshot of LibreOffice Impress in slide editing mode

LibreOffice Impress shows a dark slide background in editing mode when using a dark desktop theme despite the white background of the presentation [1]. See the attached screenshot if you don't know what I mean.

I haven't yet found any themes for MATE 1.8 that reproduce this issue (using 4.3.0.2 on Ubuntu 14.10). What is the name of the theme, and what desktop environment are you using? Is it a custom theme or was it included with your distribution?

I'm using KDE 4 with a dark "Oxygen" desktop theme included with Kubuntu 14.10.
Comment 3 Daniel Pastushchak 2014-12-12 18:08:16 UTC
Could not reproduce. I'm using Ubuntu 14.10 with KDE(4.14.1) and LibreOfficeDev Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+

@Ettore Atalan
please retest with a recent LibO release.
the 4.1.3.2 version you reported the bug is obsolete.
the 4.3.4.1 release is available now and thousands of bugs have been fixed meanwhile.

so upgrade, retest and give feedback about the bug status, reverting it from NEEDINFO to UNCONFIRMED if the problem is still there or RESOLVED WORKSFORME if the bug is gone.
Comment 5 Ettore Atalan 2014-12-13 18:37:48 UTC
The bug is gone in LibreOffice Impress 4.3.4.1.
