Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an ODT document
2. Go back to Windows File Manager maximized
3. Double click on another password protected ODT document

Current behavior:
3. The Insert password dialog box opens under the file manager windows. The user can't understand why the document is not opening.

Expected behavior:
3. The Insert password dialog box should open on top

Sebastiano, also could you please check, if this bug is still valid / reproducible with the latest pre-release 4.2.0.1: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/

Yes, the bug is is still there (installed on a clean Windows XP Pro).

issue confirmed with LibO 4.2.4.2 using Win7x64
set status to NEW and edited summary notes

We live with 6.0.3 Tommy :)
5.3.7 is not a version to check the current state of development.
Is it possible for you to test in 6.0.3 too, please?

Actually, please test with a master daily build, because there are relevant commits that were pushed a week ago (they will be backported to 6.0 as well, but the changes aren't yet committed there).
