Description Christoph Thielecke 2014-01-14 10:48:29 UTC
It would be nice if the user can add a permanent toolbar containing the formula symbols for quick insert (without adding a formular object first). Maybe the symbol categories could be splitted in different toolbars (user configurable).

You can customize the toolbar using Tools > Customize. What do you want to do beyond that?

@reporter: please, could you elaborate a bit, as asked in comment #1 ?

Setting status to needinfo, please, set back to unconfirmed once the requested infos have been provided.

A quick way to insert a formula is to type the formula using the syntax of the Math module, then select the text of the formula and click on Insert formula menu entry or the corresponding button (you can add it to the main toolbar).

Best regards. JBF
