in libre office 4.2 , WEBSERVICE and FILTERXML spreadsheet functions were added for access to web data. the only function left was : ENCODEURL() function missing in libreoffice 4.2 (very very very important refer: http://cwebbbi.wordpress.com/2012/07/31/using-the-webservice-function-in-excel-2013/ ) Please implment ENCODEURL() function of MSExcel for better compatibility with MSExcel.

This function ENCODEURL() is already a part of "Microsoft Excel". We need to implement it in Libreoffice Calc

Thanks for bringing this bug report to my attention. I will start on it as soon as I finish fixing the bug I'm currently working on. BTW, being an enhancement, it will only be available starting with version 4.5 as version 4.4 is already in its beta stage.
