I can't replicate the crash under Windows XP with LO 4.2.5.1. Does this happen with a specific Macro? Which Java version do you have?

Thanks Pedro, this has remembered me to review with a new release.

I can't reproduce now with:
Version: 4.2.5.1 Build ID: 881bb88abfe2992c6cede97c23e64a9885de87de

I think there were some issues involving Python, sure some of those patches has resolved this one.
