Tested on Linux Mint with 4.1.6, 4.2.4, and 4.3 beta and they all loaded successfully, though pre-4.1 releases crash on open, so i'd suggest that you upgrade to a newer supported version and then retest it and let us know.

I got permission to update LO and can confirm that this no longer crashes. Thank you.
