Where it is untranslated

All right-click action are untranslated. If you right click on any LO app - the action of new spreadshee/presenation etc. will be untranslated. My language is russian, but it is likely to insist on any different from English localisation. Bug in Launchpad https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1170035

@tommy27 well I have the latest version. Libreoffice repository is on (http://ppa.launchpad.net/libreoffice/ppa/ubuntu) and all apps are up to date. The problem is still there.
