Created attachment 102209 [details] The instances are highlighted with a red boxes. LibO often doesn't render Tamil fonts correctly. Spacing between characters is not well handled. And, if long words and sentences are typed, the cursor moves away from from the proper position, making typing difficult. In the case of UI, unnecessary gaps are noticed within a word, or between an English and a Tamil word. To test, you may use the Typing application available here: http://thamizha.org/ The images of these instances are also attached for reference.

If you are experiencing these problems using a particular font, please indicate both the font name and where the font can be downloaded from. Attached screenshots taken under GNU/Linux x86_64 using v4.3.0.3 Build ID: 08ebe52789a201dd7d38ef653ef7a48925e7f9f7 with the Tamil (ta) language pack installed and the UI set to Tamil. I could not reproduce the indicated problems.
