Writer from 4.2.5.2 reports a General I/O error upon opening an RTF file. Writer from 4.1.6.2 opens the file without an error (but with formatting issues). Link to sample RTF file: http://bip.ms.gov.pl/Data/Files/_public/bip/krs/formularze/krs_form_z30.rtf
Hi fred4u, Yes i can confirm that it crashes in 4.2.5 on Linux Mint, but not in 4.1.6 or 4.3.1.
Created attachment 102581 [details] linux backtrace
Unfortunately can't bibisect this one. Prioritizing: Major - while there is a crash it's a single rtf file - no proof that many users will be affected with an uncommon (relative to odt, doc, docx) filter. High - highest is reserved for special use - high is appropriate @vmiklos - any thoughts on this one? Looks like it was fixed in 4.3, any way that we can backport it to 4.2.7?
