Steps to reproduce:
Open attached file
See XY chart - points B,D - the same position, should be one point
point C - x axis, value 33- it is not in the middle between 33 and 35
point F  - x axis, value 24 - it's not on the 24
point D - y axis, value 25 - it's not on the 25
=> x axis  - every point is little left
y axis - one point is little under the value

I don't think it's a bug, all points regard decimal value in source data cells (even we formatted the cell to 0 decimal places).

For example, point B (35.1666666666667,25) and point D (34.5,24.5). So B and D not in the same point.

Waiting for others opinion about this.
