Problem description: 
LibreOfficeDrawPortable is not working and crashs.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Install portable version of LibreOffice
2.double click LibreOfficeDrawPortable ICON to start the program
3.LibreOfficeDrawPortable starts up and Windows-Firewall asks for permission to access Internet
4. Deny Access to Internet
5. LibreOfficeDrawPortable is not working and crashs.

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:
not crashing

I guess you are using the version from Portableapps.com. Might this be specific to their software solution? Could you ask on the support forum, if other users can reproduce the crash: http://portableapps.com/forums/support/libreoffice_portable
