Problem description: 

Editing a new document while pasting some quotes and text from the forum.moneysupermarket.com site results in some paragraph break to be converted in a text field.

There is not a specific document, as I copied and pasted from several sources and I was able to get this behavior several times.

Can not confirm on OSX 10.9.4, pasting as is from a selection of paragraphs from the web page you gave into a Writer document

We will need more information and details than what you have provided.

Remember that if you want to paste unformatted text from a html page, you should use the paste special menu
