Problem description: 

LibreOffice 4.3.0.4 (linux -Ubuntu 12.04) - Error -not open network files (samba) using nautilus. I installed this version by sudo apt-get install libreoffice (sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa)
              

SOLUTIION:
cd /usr/share/applications
sudo gedit libreoffice-calc.desktop libreoffice-writer.desktop libreoffice-impress.desktop libreoffice-math.desktop libreoffice-draw.desktop

Change X-GIO-NoFuse=true by #X-GIO-NoFuse=true

Do you get any kind of error message?

Anyway, there is a known bug in Ubuntu 12.04 that may prevent this from working properly. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glib2.0/+bug/1214352. Keep in mind that this is a bug of Ubuntu, and we can't solve it on our side.
