Description maxim.suraev 2014-09-02 14:07:25 UTC
By default on GNU/Linux LO drops configuration directly into user's home directory. WOuld be much nicer to support XDG spec from http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html and place it under $XDG_CONFIG_HOME which is usually dedicated .config directory in the user's home.

It's not true. LO places its configuration in ~/.config by default.

LO config is put in ~/.config/libreoffice at least in Debian (I would suppose and derivatives like Ubuntu but not sure).

Please provide detailed example.
