No crash here. What is your default language? Can you make a backtrace: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg

Tested on:
Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: 0a82645c360158f9cc0fdabe2a52f1ff8f981bed
TinderBox: Win-x86@39, Branch:master, Time: 2014-10-24_06:59:23

Hmm, just update to Alpha1 build.

Still crash.

My System: Windows 8.1 64bit, Touchscreen.
Language: German.
But if change UI to english - still crash.

I will try to do a backtrace later on but I do not have any expierience with this.

Same here:

Korora (Fedora) x64
KDE 4.14.1
Kernel 3.16.6
Comment 4 Julien Nabet 2014-10-26 11:24:35 UTC
On pc Debian x86-64 Gnome, with master sources updated 2 days ago, I don't reproduce this.
With Virtualbox and Linux Mint 17 32 bits Cinnamon, I don't reproduce this with master sources updated today
(I built both with enable-dbgutil)

A backtrace could be useful here.

John Ferrar: what's the precise LO version you use? Indeed, I think this commit http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=9bdca0019bd3781f15e542becca5537fac2e0a9d fixed this problem.
Comment 7 John Farrar 2014-11-04 15:19:53 UTC
Yes, latest daily does not exhibit this problem.
Comment 8 Julien Nabet 2014-11-05 21:17:23 UTC
Thomas: following John's test, could you give a try with the last daily build and indicate if you still reproduce this?
Comment 9 Thomas Krumbein 2014-11-06 07:51:39 UTC
No crash with nightly build from Wednesday, 5.11.2014.

Option dialog works as expected.

So - I close this Issue :)
thanks a lot.
