How Data > Group Rows display

Data > Group & Outline functionality should group rows correctly (like in Excel)

Currently when I open an Excel Sheet saved from Microsoft Excel having Data Groupings, I see following issues:

1. + and - anchors are not positioned correctly and are overlaying each other even at first level of grouping.

2. The header rows on which grouping was created are hidden when you expand the group.

I use Excel as my primary documentation platform and use Data Grouping functionality extensively, as it helps in managing very large scale of information in hierarchies.

Besides this issue, I am loving LibreOffice, Thanks for your contribution.
