Bug document made with LO 4.3

Attaching a .doc file made with LO 4.3.2 on FreeBSD.
When this document is opened and printed in MSO 2013, the 10th question is missing.
In MSO 2010 it displays just fine.

Source ODT missing.
There was once a similar bug that was fixed.
Trivia: I got 10th question in MSO with enter pressed at the end of 9th or some click.
