Description Harald Koester 2014-11-18 10:14:58 UTC
In order to reproduce:

[1] Open new text document.
[2] Insert an image from file.
[3] Select image and open format dialogue of the image: Format > Image... The dialogue is opened. Header of dialogue: “Picture”. Expectad: “Image”.
[4] Select tab “Wrap”. Wrap settings are:
None, Before, After, Parallel, Through, Optimal.
[5] Close Dialogue.
[6] Open context menu of image and select “Wrap”. These wrap settings are possible:
No Wrap, Page Wrap, Optimal Page Wrap, Wrap Through.

Expected: Use of same or at least similar wording in step 4 and 6, particularly for Parallel/Page Wrap.

In 4.4, the header of the format dialog is Image. Otherwise confirmed.

Let's set this to be an enhancement -> NEW.

Re-evaluating the EasyHack in 2022

This enhancement is still relevant. The wording is changed a bit:

None -> Wrap Off (in the properties dialog box)

Having consistency in the wording is essential to avoid creating confusions for the users.

The wording for the wrapping is as follows right now:

Properties: Wrap Off, Before, After, Parallel, Through, Optimal
(First paragraph, In Background and Contour are among options)

Right click: None, Parallel, Optimal, Before, After | Through, In Background | Contour, Edit Contour
