Created attachment 125396 [details] PPTX with 'After animation' set to 'Hide After Animation' The attached pptx has a blue and orange rectangles. Both shapes has a fade animation that triggers on click and 'After animation' set to 'Hide after animation' on PowerPoint 2013. The shape should fade in on click and get hidden when the animation ends. On Impress the shape gets hidden after few long seconds or on the next click. The 'After animation' in the effect options in Impress is set to 'Don't dim'. I think that LO tries to create a new 'After previous' animation to emulate the 'Hide after animation' but it is not implemented properly.
I can confirm with Version: 5.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 33d4f7e5624d77ef1ce51aece1c8a0ef7ea21603 CPU Threads: 1; OS Version: Windows 6.1; UI Render: default; TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2016-05-29_01:58:16
Reproducible with LO 5.2.0.4 on Ubuntu 16.04. Build ID: 1:5.2.0~rc4-0ubuntu1~xenial2
Still reproducible with LO 6.0.0.0.alpha1 on Ubuntu 16.04.
Reproducible with LO 6.1.0.3.
Still reproducible in: Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha1 Build ID: 547edd20e527fb02900f6174973770d26306e2e7 CPU threads: 1; OS: Linux 4.18; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: en-US (en_IL); UI-Language: en-US
Created attachment 169239 [details] Screenshot of the original document side by side in PP and Impress 7.2 Still a problem in: Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 7eb289c49cc7245ef3001a39be0c15d06bbe875b CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.3 Build 9600; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (hu_HU); UI: en-US Calc: CL The animations have the "After animation" property set to "Hide after animation" but this is not imported and they get the default "Don't dim" in Impress.
Created attachment 171830 [details] Extended example file I tried to set one of the 4 "After animation" options in PP to each of the shapes in this example file: - Blue has Hide after animation - Orange has Don't dim - Grey has Dim with color: Green - Yellow has Hide on next click All of these are imported as Don't dim in current master: Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 1675a68526c43c6c6e4dc850ee911f0c1de75c88 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: en-US Calc: CL
Side note: saving the extended example to PPT format and opening in Impress works. Saving that file to PPT or PPTX does not work.
