Here is a reproducable bug in LO 5.1.3

Open the html file in LO and compare the look in a browse.

You'll see the colors issues:
1/ font colors of 1st and last column
2/ background color of 1st column
3/ colors between cells

probably it would be better to change the html rendering engine to html5
