LO crashes when clicking the Event button in the Hyperlink window, no matter what type of data the link points to (Internet, Mail, Document).

STEPS:
Click the Hyperlink button near the Omega button for special characters.
Click the Event button in the Further Settings section.

No crash here. I also tried with gtk3 backend.

You could try getting a backtrace using a dbgutil build: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information

I cannot replicate this bug anymore after rebooting the laptop
