No connection with my scanner Epson perfection 1600 through EPSON scan program, using insertion menu, then Media, then Scanner then Sélectionner la source or Acquérir, no response for both. I actually keep installed LibreOffice 4.4.5.2 to do the job. This first happened using Windows 7 SP1 professional operating system and LibreOffice 5.0.3 downloaded 2015/12/04. I now migrated to Windows 10 professional since June 16th and have the same behaviour. Thanks if you can fix it. Regards Paul Bonvillain
Could you give a try to last stable LO version (5.1.3)? Also, try LO 32 bits version if possible. Indeed, I don't think scan with LO 64 bits would work. (I put another bugtracker in See also).
I tried LO 5.1.3.2 Build ID: 644e4637d1d8544fd9f56425bd6cec110e49301, 32bits. It is now OK, my scanner works fine. Thanks to Julien Nabet. Regards. Paul Bonvillain
