LibreOffice 5.0.6, Win 7 PRO SP1 64 Bit, different Hardware and different Users When we open a LO File, nothing happens. LO will not open. The Taskmanager shows multiple instances of soffice.exe and soffice.bin. The only way to stop the hang is to use the Taskmanager and end all these processes. Then i can open the file i want. This happens very often.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. - A clean user profile did not help. - No entry in the Logfile or Eventvwr.
Could you test with the latest version, 5.1.4? Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
Thanks for your answer. I have attached a dumpfile (hanging process). Maybe it helps? In next time we will test LO 5.1.4.
Oops, it doesn't work. The file is too large.
