Version 5.1.4 will not download completely, will not install correctly. 
Previous versions thru  5.0.6.3 have downloaded and installed quickly, easily, no problems. 
This version fails to d/l completely or install on two different computers, one running Win7 and one running Win10. 
Browser Mozilla Firefox version 47.0 on both machines.

Checked your connection behaves correctly? Tried other download mirrors?

Also, whether Firefox freezes while downloading a file is NOTOURBUG.
