Error message (in Russian)

After update from version 5.1.4.2 build ID: f99d75f39f1c57ebdd7ffc5f42867c12031db97a, locale: ru-RU (ru_RU)/clean install LibreOffice 5.2.0.1 rc or 5.2.0.2 rc on Windows XP SP3 32-bit at first and all following starts we see error message 'The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll.' LibreOffice 5.2 just impossible to start on Windows XP.

Version 5.1.4.2 build ID: f99d75f39f1c57ebdd7ffc5f42867c12031db97a works fine on the same PC without any errors.
