xlsx file that contains a header with logo and a body with logo attached

Please refer to the attached xlsx file.

In excel, the logo in the header is visible in Excel, but not in libreoffice.

I am seeing the Python powered logo. Is this correct? If not, please provide us with a pdf or image of how it should look like.
